Short version: we are an information site, we are not a healthcare provider, and you should not send us medical details.

The cost tool

Everything you select in our cost and coverage tool stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to us, nothing is stored, and there is no account to create. You can use it without giving us anything at all.

If you contact us

Our contact form asks for a name, an email address, a city, and a message. We use those only to reply to you.

Please do not include medical details. We are not a clinic, we cannot give medical advice, and messages sent to us are not protected the way a conversation with your own clinician is. If you tell us about your diagnosis or treatment, we cannot do anything useful with it, and we would rather you did not.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages people find useful — page views, broad location, and the type of device. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell data, and we do not attempt to identify individual readers.

We are conscious of what a visit to a site like this one implies. We collect as little as we can while still being able to tell whether the site is working.

What we never do

We link to state agencies, insurers, the FDA and clinic websites. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not ours.
